Jim Bulloch has lived on Kauai since 1974 and has been with Makai Properties since 1987. His experiences in real estate reflect his experiences in life: he has made many friends on Kauai, and many are direct results from his real estate dealings. If fact, all Jim‘s clients become his friends.

Jim’s commitments are to his family and his community. He has three young-adult children, all born and raised on Kauai. The oldest is currently employed on Kaua; the second oldest is a senior at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY; the youngest is a senior at Kauai High School. All are musically inclined, with the two youngest having been in the Kauai High School band program. Two of his children have marched in the Rose Parade wth the band, and Jim is currently the President of the Kauai High School Band Boosters.

With a B.S. from Louisiana State University, Jim has studied Project Management at the Master's level at George Washington University. With this knowledge, Jim has the ability to assist with planning and executing a simple home or condo purchase, or he can assist in the development of a subdivision.
