Fran is a retired Navy wife who has found her final home on Kauai. Her husband, Mark, retired several years ago after completing his last duty as a Commander at the Pacific Missile Range Facilty on the west side of Kauai.

Fran has developed a successful business specializing in helping families buy and sell homes along the south shore and in the Kalaheo area in the mountains above Poipu.

Fran brings past experience from working in real estate sales in the Jacksonville Beaches' area of Florida. Years ago, she specialized in the Ponte Vedra / Sawgrass Resort & Country Club (home of the famous TPC Golf Course), as well as the North Beaches area and helped "break-ground" at the brand new development of Jacksonville Golf & County Club. This background has given Fran detailed knowledge in resort condo, home and lot sales, as well as experience in working with builders and developers.

Fran and her family love the ocean and the spectacular outdoors of Kauai. Her entire family loves to paddle outrigger canoes, each one racing with competitive teams. Fran and her husband, Mark, are active members of Kuklui'ula Outrigger Canoe Club and Kauai Hoe Wa'a OC-1 association.

Fran and Mark have two children who also love living in Kauai. Their daughter, Kelsey, graduated from Island School on Kauai and has now graduated from Scripps College and is living and working in California. Kyle is a Junior at Island School.

Their other favorite family outings include hiking the gorgeous mountains, camping on the beautiful beaches and scuba diving in the spectacular ocean of Kauai.
